Are you running the latest version (v1.17)?

There was a crash problem that was fixed by the update.  otherwise feed us more details on what you are running.......

If you're running *nix (or even if you're not) then this may be the answer:

I have found the cause of the crash. The fix requires updated binaries for both AdminMod and MetaMod (and any other 3rd party plugins such as the closed source AMX).

You can download the fixed binaries from:
http://www.adminmod.org/downloads/metamod_...inmod_25058.tgz

Just extract the file from the root hlds directory. The file is 424976 bytes long and its md5 is:
cb2f5b7b531cb80581aeab286f611a29

I will be posting details of the problem to the hlds_apps list (and to the author of MetaMod).

For the technically inclined:
The engine interface used by MetaMod differs from the engines version in some of the parameter sizes for various functions. This mis-match causes MetaMod to access the wrong part of the engine when calling a function, which results in undefined behavior. This problem has been around since steam was released, luck just stopped it from crashing until now (the differences are subtle).
