Back on topic:  
£199 for a Nexus 4 is absolutely stunning value for money when combined with a SIM-only deal.   It was great value at £279, so £199 is positively a steal, even if a replacement is around the corner.

Yeah, my girlfriend has an iPhone 4 that is sim locked. That's pretty useless since we've moved to France, if they don't unlock it for a sensible price I'll certainly get her one of these.
