I've  never seen this, quite the show of cars. No it's not top gear..it's Clarkson ...being Clarkson.

Enjoy.

I used to know Mr Clarkson years ago, we worked for the same car magazine Performance Car in the late 1980's and early 1990's. There's a myth that he puts on the arrogant, obnoxious git persona for the TV camera's. In fact that's just how he is all the time.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

Really? did you have anything to do with this:

No idea. I wasn't a photographer for P Car, I was an art editor. I remember doing work on features for the Lotus Esprit, Lamborghini Countach, Porche 959 and the Ferrari Testarossa. I think the Audi 90 was after my time.

That's pretty cool Smilodon.

I'm a Clarkson fan myself.  I do find his older stuff (non new topgear) was more interesting.  Although, his DVDs (like Ant posted above) are really only for the hardcore Clarkson fan. :D

Some very interesting stuff he did when he was younger was Jeremy Clarkson's MotorWorld and Jeremy Clarkson Meets the neighbors.  Both shows have about 8 episodes.

When i knew him he hadn't done any TV at all. He was a pure motoring journalist. he used to freelance for my employer and write a monthly column called Chattels. It basically covered anything he wanted to write about that was related to motoring but not about any specific model. So he used to write about things like the 'proposed' Channel Tunnel, the seatbelt law etc. To be honest it was actually usually very funny stuff and he was a very good writer.

I would thoroughly recommend you to watch all his war documentaries, which, in my opinion, is the best stuff he does. They're all incredibly interesting and very charming and he does give an excellent narration/presentation of all the documentaries he has done.
Two on top of my head are about "The Greatest Raid of All Time" and one bought the Victoria Cross, both documentaries are on youtube, definitely worth a look!

I came into this world with nothing,
through careful management I\'ve got most of it left.
