have you logged off steam, deleted the "blob" file in your steam directory and then tried again?

Norm

Not that I know what ya mean, but it wont even start BB :blink:I get this as it trys to start:

Steam.exe.(main exception) Win32 Structured Exception at 01370472:Attempt to execute an instruction whose operation is not allowed in the current machine mode.

Im also getting this one too:

Steam.exe(main exception) Win32 Structured Exception at 0160047F: Attempt to right to virtual address 2170643611 without appropriate access rights.

there is a file in your steam folder called ClientRegistry.blob which, if deleted, seems to automagically fix many problems after Steam updates. If you do delete the file it will be recreated when you start Steam. Might be worth a reboot before you do this though. Don't know if it will fix your problem but it won't make it worse :)
