Does anyone know if it matters which wall the sky dish is installed on? Looks like the place I'm moving to has restrictions on where they can be installed (leaving on the rear of the property)

Thanks

Apparently I actually exist! Or maybe it was the drink?

I think it does also of you have tall trees surrounding your house.

Dear Snokio,

I do not...

Congratulations on finding the home, good luck with the move.

Catch you soon.

It has to point in the right direction which narrows down the selection of wall. It doesn't necessarily need to be installed on a wall though. It can perhaps be placed on other structures in your garden.

As I understand it, it needs to be in a direct line of sight to the appropriate satellite/s so you can't place it wherever you want. Have a look at the other houses around you as that will tell you the direction it needs to go.

I gather your moving to a house or a flat that is rented? I would check you letting agreement (to check if its ok) and whether they already have it installed in the block with communal dishes on the roof, my flat a Uni did.
