If I was you if you were upgrading just for sc mate I would wait if your can. Till it closer as they be more shinny bleeding edge kit out there.

i'm not just upgrading for sc , my pc is in excess of 5yrs old so i'm gonna be upgrading it.also i'm not upgrading all at once i'm getting new parts slowely starting with my storage, anyway guys were going off topic here .
so what 2nd ship are people looking at ?
i have my avenger and maybe an idris depending on if i have to give them an arm and a leg to get it.
i hope they bring in custom skins for your ships.

It's nice that they're at least honest and realistic about the development process. Nothing sucks worse as a dev than when the higher-ups promise customers something with no idea whether or not it can be delivered.
