I've just about had it with JB. First off he complains abouts maps for the tournament, then he says he'll play but won't be arsed. His attitude during the match was not exactly inspiring, in fact it was disgraceful. Sodding off in a huff at the end of one match, because his mumbled instruction were not carried out he reverted to 'do what ya like then' in another. He singlehandedly spoilt an afternoon for me and I dare say, for the other members of the team.

Hehe, I accidentally repeated an rcon sv_restart 2 command during our game with his (and Ron's) team with 3 minutes to go. He was happy to call it a day at that I recall.

Mind you if you ask [CIGS]Strider what he thought of me today he'd probably use a few choice vulgarities. He kept running off and sniping and once fired a clip into Smite at spawn before nade spamming us all when running from spawn to site B on de_trust.

Needless to say I openly called him a stupid f**ker and told his to shape or get lost. He appologised but kept acting like a tw*t and eventually lost the head and laid into me in team_say. The Smite and myself warned him that his future enjoyment of MeatHook was in jeopardy, cut the silly stuff out or (my thoughts)you can go back to CIGS rename yourself [CIGS]Skull and resume your role as the CIGS moaning minnie, spammer, TKer and general pain in the a*se. Rather like Twig was, but I was pleasantly surprised (up until today) how well behaved Strider (or Skull to his clanmates) has been.

I expect JB was a little disinterested in being a SL today. Just a feeling I got.

He was our third match on Trust and all he did was bitch at and about his team no wonder they didnt want to win what insentive did they have.

But what do we do, have a word? did that work last time.... warn him? same again.
I think the man with the golden tongue may have to send one of his flowery E-mails again as we cant just ban him so warning number 2...... Or are we just going to ignore again?

I don’t know the back ground between JB and dMw but tbh he always seems to be putting peeps down if there skill is not of his standard and this I feel needs to be pointed out to him. I have had this in a match with him putting me down when I go and do 1 of my silly moment things
But the way he acted with his team in the tourney is just out of order. yes we all like to win and yes we all want the best players with us but this was ment to be fun and I don’t think the rest of the team had any?
If he didn’t want to play/lead etc he should have pulled out at the start infact he shouldn’t have put his name down to start with

So yeah a big word in is shell like is required IMO

JB has an attitude problem. Of that there is no doubt.

Both TL and I had lengthy discussions with JB about his attitude before finally letting him join the clan. In addition I seem to recall Smite having a 'clear the air' chat with him where JB agreed to try and change his abrasive nature.

I've learned to 'sleep' on problems before making hasty decisions. I think I may need to spend another night on this one.

Mmm, I wasn't involved in this one but there have been nights when i have felt like leaving the server as soon as JB joins. IMHO his attitude sux, he isn't into TCS, he still lags back to let the rest of his team get picked off (I think he has been told about this before).

TBH if we gave him the elbow I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I think he has had enough chances, good player or not.
