The Admins do not take kindly to players using the dMw tag without proper authorisation.

gregpeg was seen on CoFR earlier today sporting our clan tag.
He was also logged on MeatHook earlier this evening playing with an unregistered SteamID. He was kicked.

We understand that he is a friend of yours. Unfortunately this leads the Admins to ask the question "how did he get the password for the community servers?"

He is not registered on the forums with that SteamID and he is not authorised to wear the tag. Please convey our displeasure at his behaviour. If he wishes to discuss it in person then ask him to register properly and then send me a PM.

His behaviour reflects badly on you. We have no way of knowing if it was you who leaked the password, so will drop the matter here, but we are making you aware of our feelings on this issue. Our community is private for a good reason and the Admins take transgressions of our rules very seriously.

A password leaking once could be considered bad luck or coincidence. Twice might be cause for action.

gregpeg has been on MH a lot recently with and without Grim being present. I personaly had assumed he had registered as he has been playing when many admins including yourself and OB have been on MH. Certainly Sadako will have seen him a lot.

Although he is completely new to CS, as Grim pointed out when gregpeg first joined, he has been well behanved and apart from not knowing any maps has been generally quite impressive in terms of his maturity to my experience. Although changing his alias to try and get back on the server show lack of experience.

I think he is pretty young but I can't see any reason why he shouldn't go ahead and register and continue playing. It was silly of Grim to give out the password although I would assume it was ignorance on his part as he has made no secret that gregpeg is is friend and introduced him as such. You advice should do the trick I think.

sorry about this yes he is my cousin and i told him about the TCS servers but he did register, i am sure of it as i talked him through it, and helped him find his steam ID. As to using the Tag i can only assume that he didnt read the rules so he thourght that registering entitled him to use the tag, as soon as i saw he had the tag i did tell him to remove it. As to using another steam ID ive no idea other than he was on a diffrent computer than his own and was on the servers, when i get a chance ill speak to him. I did tell him the pasword but only after he registered.
I can only appoligise for him.

There is a wider issue here.

Do we need to stipulate a minimum age for community membership? I think 'yes'.

It may surprise the admins to learn that one of our members recently requested permission for an 8 year old to be allowed on the server.  <_<

I think that TCS demands a mature attitude and as such we would be wise to adopt a minimum age policy.

I'll start a new poll for the admins to vote and debate the issue.

I understand he has bypassed the registration procedure ....... ok ban him see if he gets in touch.....(registers).....then un-ban......unless someone has a problem with his style of play
