It is a long lap (4 minutes) so it is hard to know what way to set it up, with regards Qual time and race laps.  At the moment it is five minutes qual ( enough for an out lap and 1 more) and then a 3 lap race (12 minute race).  I am open to suggestions if anyone can think of a better way to set it up.

More so than normal, I think a good set will find you loads of time here.

Default seems way to loose, especially out of the longer slower stuff, but I also managed to go too far the other way, so finding the right balance (obviously) should be quicker.
