Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

For anyone wanting to play again this year the league is up & running.

Anyone that did play should get invited straight into the league once they sign up, & anyone that's new just shout & I'll pm you the details to join - I won't post them as the last time I did that the whole of the internet joined in our league :taz:

So how does this league work?
You get a certain amount of money and then you buy players?
You get points if one of your players win or score. Or when a goalkeeper let no ball pass?

You have Â£100.0m to spend on a squad of 15 players, with no more than 3 players from any single team.

Scoring is quite detailed and thank heaven fully automated.

You get Â£100 Mill starting pot to buy your team (I always buy forwards and midfielders first, they are huge money), a Forward gets 3 points for scoring, midfielders 4 points, defensive players 5 or 6, so pick wisely, keeper gets bonus for saves, clean sheets , etc...you get a transfer every week to get rid of the dross or injured, go for it, you'll enjoy.

Well done that man!!
On the last day of the season I had 6th place nicked off me by one point by that swine Declan Lee :taz:
but at least I beat Oldie :yahoo:

My deliberate tactic of picking my team and then not changing it for the whole season did, regrettably, see me finish in the bottom half of the table but well clear of the drop zone.

Well done, Gortex. Did you tinker a lot?
