Repeatably leaving hostages on Italy and lone wolfing.
Was asked 3/4 times to stay with hostages and with teamates and ignored until a formal warning was given.

Sounded quite young on comms, may be mistaken as only heard him once.

As you're new here I thought it help to remind you the particular style of CS that we play on our servers. Full details of Tactical CS can be found here. As you will see, we emphasise teamwork and the completion of the objective, this means that ideally you need to remain in good voice comms with your team mates and for example, on a map like cs_italy, you need to defend the hostages rather than going off on your own solo 'frag hunt'. One of the Admins reminded you of this last night.

It takes most new players a little time to adjust to the TCS style of gameplay, but if you put the effort into working with your team towards the completion of your objective then I guarantee you will find both the TCS style and this community highly rewarding.

I look forward to seeing you on the servers.

I went spec on this "STD" fellow for a few rounds ......after the warning he stuck a bit closer to the hozzys but still was still pushing the limits untill the map changed

Nicely put TL.
He was requested quite a lot to stick with Teamates and hossies but did'nt take any notice until the warning but like JAS said he made more of an effort afterward.
