3. Does the Aquila come with a P-52 Merlin?

Yes, we currently plan to include a P-52 Merlin with the Aquila (although it is not mentioned in the brochure.)

I'm quite chuffed about having the internal hardpoints as well... my aim is to remove most of the internals and create the SAR ship that I want. Some of the snippets from that have eluded to as much.
