Basically apart from the Carrack, it has it all.

It does appear to be a way to pick up an LTI Idris yes.   It doesn't have a Banu either though or the Xi'an Scout etc, so it is certainly not 'complete'.

If it's possible to gift them, there's going to be quite some sales of the war pack.

I believe but you'd have to verify, that anything over $1000 in original buy value is no longer giftable. The US tax regulations have caused this to happen, so example, Javelin's cannot be sold on the grey market. I'm not sure how this imacts these high value packages but I suppose CIG will put a sale value per ship if they have any sense and make the Idris worth over $1000 making it ungiftable.

I imagine however than most people pledging for the $5000 package specifically want teh Idris so will seel the lower value ships to make up the cost of the package if indeed there is decent market value.

Over $1,000 is not giftable, but can be sold via an account sale, which is legal in the EU afaiaa.  However all the risks associated with account sales (plus original email) are there for you to worry about too.

Not much of a market for the lower value ships in the package as most are still on sale albeit without LTI.   I suspect it would take quite a long time to shift that many Auroras and other starter ships to get your money back.
