So i called the said company up today and told them about the 2nd card. i told them the the first card arrived in a white envelope (the wife binned the envelope as she thought that was no need in keeping it) but it had no invoice. The wife actually commmented that she had to rip the envelope apart to see if there was an invoice. I them told them that the 2nd one arrived in a  box with a invoice. They said we only have one on the system sent to you. I said well where did it come from ? He replied not from us..looks like you got a free card there mate.......

Now what?

Possibly the request got sent back to manufacteror and then when you asked where it was the company sent you one ???

You did all you could do. You contacted them and they basically told you that they are not concerned about the second card. I would now try SLI and see what frame rates you can get.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

i deccied to give them one last try and they finally realised it  was thiers so back it goes.

If after that attempt they had have said no i would have ordered an SLI motherboard
