We can begin your onboarding whenever you're ready.  I'll need a few items:
[1] I'll need the names and email addresses of your preferred Representative and Deputy Representative.  I'll have both added to our email list and will create accounts on our forum.
[2] Please review our Signatory page.  Clicking on a logo opens a personalized page for each member organization.  I'll be creating a similar page for your organization.  Either you can provide text of your own, or I can write one for you.  
[3] If you would like your TS server included in the list of links, please provide the address and guest credentials.  Otherwise, I'll stick with your RSI Org and forum page.
[4] Please provide a copy of DMW's logo.  Preferably at least 500x500 with a transparent background.
Once your Signatory page is created, I'll draft an announcement and will update our website and RSI Org accordingly.  
[5] You and your members are invited to join that RSI Org (PACTINIT) - simply have them include a mention that they're with DMW in their application.

So, we have a list of jobs to sort out.

• Names & email addresses of preferred rep and deputy rep

TL: I've provided my details as the lead rep.   Is OB the deputy still or does Smilo's attendance at the PACT meeting mean he gets the role (in addition to being GL)?  So who is riding shotgun with me?
Smilo: I'm happy to take that role. While we've agreed internally that Game Leader is a titular title I'm thinking it would look more appropriate if our GL was in the number two seat. If OB want's it though that's fine with me.
Obsydian:Happy to be a deputy if that helps, but obviously, I'm also ok with someone else with more experience taking the reins.

• Review signatory page  and provide DMW text

TL: I'll try to work up some text and insert in this table for comment

• TS discussion - should we/do we want to allow guests to join lobby-only TS?   This is a wider dMw question so we should invite council to comment and seek agreement to any changes to current policy.

TL: it is possible to set TS up to allow people to join but then to not have the power to move into any other channel than the default joining channel.  I'm beginning to think that this might be a nice idea.   We could populate the default joining channel text (righthand side of the window) with how to join/register to get full channel access powers, but also not stop people joining temporarily.   We need to send this to dMw Council for approval if we think this is something we want to do.
Smilo: I've no idea if this is possible but if it is then it get's my vote.
Obsydian: I have no objections to this.

• DMW logo - we have a temporary one, now we need agreement on the longterm one (if different)

TL: Any suggestions?   Our current logo is good, but we will see it around on other orgs as it uses a base that has been used by many other orgs.   But I do like it none the less!   However I also really love the skull Frenzy did for us for dMw's 15th anniversary and there is possibly something we could do with that (minus the banner), or we could do something totally new.   Might be linked into dMw, so might want Council comment too.  Examples of the current signatory logos are here: https://www.pact-sc.org/viewpage.php?page_id=5
Smilo: Agreed the current logo looks a bit place holder. The Frenzy logo is really nice. My only concern is that the skull looks a bit skull and crossbones and hence a bit piraty.
Obsydian: didn't realise that it was temporary - looks good to me - but if someone with a creative flair can come up with a few alternatives, I'm happy to give my considered opinion!

• Join PACTINIT

TL: I've sent in a request to join and just said 'lead rep for DMW' in the application text.   I think it would be good for all members to join PACTINIT:

Smilo: Agreed and we should make it mandatory. I'm assuming it the only way we're going to know who is and isn't part of PACT, short of remembering all the names of the member Organisations or keeping a HUGE spreadsheet
TL: Keep in mind that the in-game tool being developed by Imperium should help us loads in this respect.
Obsydian: I'll sign up later this evening (will need to drop one of my other affiliates first though!)

• We need to draft an announcement to members outlining the benefits and restrictions and why we made this decision - and perhaps pointing out that we cannot please everyone all the time, but the benefits for all outweigh the inconvenience of the few.

Smilo: I can have a go at that if you like. I also need to formally announce I'm Game Leader as well, I sort of forgot to do that...

• We need to clean the member database (eg Raydon's pirate org membership) and possibly draft a piece of text to paste into any contact to avoid reinventing the wheel each time we contact a member.

Smilo: I assume that's for whoever is the Org leader according to RSI, Oldie?
TL: All 4 of us have 'Master of the universe' and Founder ranks, so we can all do it.   I think I set up the org in the first place (iirc), but I think this will simply be a case of reviewing our app process, checking our existing members for other org membership and then if we find an unacceptable org sending them a cut'n'paste piece to say that this is not allowed and they need to make up their mind within 14 days (or something) to either quit the non-allowed membership or to quit the DMW org.
Obsydian: To my knowledge the Phoenix Dragons are not a pirate org, but yes, ensuring that our ranks are 'pure' is a good idea.

• Fill out our RSI charter page and update the others to suit PACT membership

Obsydian: Agreed - we need to pad out a background etc.

TL: I'd rather we agreed it ourselves, otherwise it will take too long at 90% will not get their personally favoured solution!

PACT website text is in the google drive.   Can folks take a look and edit/comment/approve and then I'll send it along with a couple of notes:

1 - the recruitment thread will be updated shortly and we'll provide a new link then
2 - here's the current logo, we're intending to update this shortly and will provide a new one in due course
3 - our TS server currently requires a password, but the Dead Men Walking Council approved a setup change to allow non-registered guests people to join our ts server in the default channel only to allow people to visit (4 of Council have already said yes, so looks like we're good to go on that issue and just need to make the config changes).

Spoke to Ephraim about that.  You seem to have broken RSI's website and maxxed out the number of affiliate orgs you can have.  They have tried to accept the application, but can't!  Over to you!
