The videos (though good) didn't do the scale justice. The thing is huge when you're actually walking around it. So glad new patch was quick to release.

So much bigger than the original idea. Makes me wonder what the other ships will end up like

Yee gads. That thing is both huge and beautiful. First time I got inside I managed to get lost in the corridors and ended up at the re-fuelling station at the rear instead of in the cockpit! :roflmao:

I did the same! It's slightly annoying - most of the ship's rooms are clearly stated via marks on the floor, with directions too. However, some of them are completely missing - for example, the staircase to the maintenance deck isn't marked at all, so it took me a while to figure out where it was. Add to that the fact that it's not a completely symmetrical layout and it can get confusing at times!

Having said that, I'm so excited to finally have it in hangar. It's lovely just to sit outside and look at, let alone explore inside. Has anyone else noticed ventilation access panels in the ceiling of the cockpit? Do you think they're just for show, or do you think they're keeping their options open if they want to shoe-horn some smuggling cubby holes or even alternate sneaky fps routes in there later?

I'll likely revisit it again once they've patched out the glass and lighting bugs, though. They taint my beautiful ship!

But yeah... so this is basically Serenity, right?

In case anyone missed the news: EVERYONE has a Starfarer in the hangar for the next few days in order to show off the ship and the work that Foundry42 have put into it.
