The old 'TheIsland' server has now been mothballed.

The last few days on the server have been great fun but it's now time to move on. So thank you all for making it a great success and I hope you'll give the beautiful new map a try as we all start again from scratch.

got it working!!! turns out my 240gb ssd didnt have any room left..190gb of it was FSX!!! removed Rex textures gained 10gig, installed and working now

So is there an event for this? Or is it just log on and jab some dinos? Are we all spawning in the same place?

AFAIK it is just when the server overlords are able to click the buttons and hit the switches and so on, but I imagine people will start hopping on from 1700 or so.

That's a good point when is this going live, I imagine an admin will say soon but I see a bunch of different times on this forums. I had a feeling it was at 7 but seems I got this number from nowhere. Would love to know the time it's launched and live For us all
