Arma 3 Units (main page) is a service offered by Bohemia Interactive to help publicise players and groups.  Currently there are 3937 groups (and individuals) registered and they don't just stick to Arma.

This is one groups description

I can't see any Dead Men Walking (or similar) registered.  I would like to get us on there before one of the other groups grabs it.
