So it's been realised and I am pro leery the only person who is trying to play this but I though sod it, I love the idea of it and bring back childhood for me.

I've got it, not done anything with it yet, I'll have a play over the weekend, if nothing else it'll make walking round the golf course more interesting.

Lol. Most of us were too old first around mate. I hear some moron parked up in the fast lane of an Interstate to pick one up! We need people playing to share a selfie with their most prized Pokemon on this very topic. Get snapping !

I had a look to see if I could use it as a motivational tool for walking/hiking. Ingress worked well for this until I lost interest in it. Pokemon Go looks fun but as just a tool to get me out and about it's too complicated. Plus I'm enjoying Zombie Run right now.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

Zombie Run looks fun. Will try it myself tomorrow.

If you wanna save a bit of time searching for what's around you, this might come in handy - https://pokevision.com/

The company I work for has had a memo from Network Rail (one of our clients) warning us about Pokemon appearing on Rail Lines and Crossings :/ Ppl really are putting themselves in danger for these things /sigh

the thing is the minefields sometimes aren't as clearly marked as they could be, I drove into a suspected one in Bosnia in 1997 and didn't realize till 2/3 mile in...q reversing out again very slowly. 3 months later it was confirmed by the engineers as real..

I came into this world with nothing,
through careful management I\'ve got most of it left.

I say natural selection. If people want to walk with their heads Dow. Playing a game they take their own chances.

I don't suppose you were playing Ingress at the time :p

I actually found this more fun than Ingress. I think it will be for mobile games what WoW was to MMOs. It's not the first of it's kind, but it is the first that more people instantly relate to. Will be interesting to see.

Also it motivates me to actually get off my ass a bit, and go outside. Been playing it with the wife, taking some evening walks around the block when the kids are to bed.

On the zombie walk thing. Let's face it. That was already a thing before PoGo. People walking out in front of trains and cars while checking facebook or snapchat or whatever. I actually walk around holding my phone upside down at my side to save battery. I only look at it if I get a notification, and always make sure to not stand in stupid places when I do look at it.
