Lol I guess it don't really matter would it till we get there ? Those with the bigger steaks will have to go first or last because there's would take longer to cook? Unless your going to put us in groups so everyone who wants there steak medium can go together to eat ?

Yeah, this is only so the raw meat is in the kitchen in sufficient quantities.   We'll sort out the how to be cooked and any 'special requests' on the night.
