I gave it an hour yesterday. Not many pads free but you could spend an hour playing with the hud and your control in station. I decided tonuse keyboard and mouse exclusively to save time. Anyon around today? Maybe we could try teaming up as I have no friends! Oh and I traded up my Reliant Kore for a thr Researcher version. The Sen! LTI still of course so super happy as I missed this originally and I see this as my go to solo ship.

Just buying a subscription won't promise you entry to the ptu. You require an alpha or beta access on your primary account. You can check this by going to your hangar and checking the access levels on each of your packages.

However its not that much compared to some of the other DMW members

I hope they push out a few updates in the meantime before letting the world loose on it. My PC CPU tops out at 100% when I try to hit the afterburner down to a planet and RAM is a steady 9.8GB used by the game. My engine cut out (fuel probably) whilst I was within 100Km of my target and fell out of the sky and through the planet surface, eventually I resurfaced with my ship on it's side and the game crashed when I left the cockpit. Now this is about the 10th time this has happened. (crash of the game) and every time they call it a 30000 network issue, so they don't collect the crash report which is crazy because the network is perfectly fine on my side, it must be a server side network issue.

I'm still struggling horribly with graphics lag.  I suspect this is down to me running SLI and older cards (2 x GTX770) at a fairly high resolution (2560x1600), so I might have to wait until after a graphics card upgrade before  I get to see the goodness in all its glory.

Well I would still hold off on that one because many sources still claim the network level strain is also impacting general performance. They're grabbing more data from the client machines than any other game in history. I'm not just talking you need a 400Mbps breakout, more the constant interrupting of the game to ship blocks of performance data over the network is what's causing the lag.

Well all that's good news imo.  I'll keep trying and keep submitting reports and to add to their data volume.  It's Alpha, so I was expecting something like this.   Slowly, slowly, catchy etc.....
