It seems that running the LAN section has some very serious side effects, so following in Toby's excellent (if a little smelly) size 10's, we'd like to welcome Chaosphere as a dMw Council member.   For the past six months Ben has been on trial with the dMw Council, participating in discussions and learning the ropes, so he knows what he is letting himself in for and has no excuse!   Chaos, just a quick reminder though, as the new office junior you're the one that has to go out and get the lunch sandwiches and beer for our Council meetings!  Anyway, welcome to Council and god help us all!
