Pre-emptive strike

Do I detect a problem?

MH activity is dropping off.
Availability is at an all time low.

Possible solutions:

1. Pimp TCS to increase Alpha Company.

2. Make sure that all ED matches kickoff no later than 8pm. This should increase the activity on the MH from 9pm.

3. Selectively target existing Alpha/Bravo members for 'promotion'.

Your thoughts please gents.

I have had a tough work week and have 1.5 to come with lots of work and late nights. I will return more actively on MH after that.

Think MH would fill up if more ppl actively idled though.

this i think would be a good idea as we do have a fair few inactives within charlie
there are a couple of three in bravo that would imo make good charlies

1.Zok
2. Red
3.Ice
and they do seem to be on line a fair bit

Been finishing work myself after 7 the last fortnight, total nightmare.

Commenting of Steve's name list, Zok, and Ice, yes indeed, Red, doesn't play on MH as much as the other 2.

I think everyone is having the "2004 is definately here blues" and the masters are whipping us to work harder, faster, longer.

Im going through a somewhat depressed state atm and am sitting infront of the pc not really doing anything..... and im not joking. Cant be arsed to do anything and end up sitting reading in front of it.

Trying to get new job and there is something on the horizon so fingers crossed i will be back more often.

As for the people joining.. I agree with Albert about Zok and ice but red i find to be not a great Team player.

OBs comments ar fair and accurate. It would appear that a lot of people are having a tough time (I got home at 10:30 tonight and my back is shagged).

I don't think there is a major prob but just that a lot of people are working hard at the same time. I am always wary of promoting peeps to solve a problem. have they applied without prompting?

Please don't take post as negative, its late, I'm tired and I've just had 3 years of what Smites going through just now

The availability problem wasn't aimed at the admins in particular. Real life intrudes for all of us occasionally. <_<

My concern was that it seems to be 'across the board' indicating that maybe there was an underlying problem.

I didn't make my point well though so I apologise for that. What I was trying to get across was that if a percentage of the admins are tied up like this (down Benny) then I would guess that a similar percentage of our users are being affected similarly.

I just didn't make the point well (and in fact having reread my post I missed out that whole part of my argument so I'm an ar*e)

I suppose CS goes in cycles and sometimes things slow down, seems like a slow time just now. I wouldn't have a problem personally wiht the two already mentioned being offered Charlieship. So long as Ice learns to speak

. And to be honest, we are at the point in matches where if you are avialable you always get a game. I belive we should regularly have 5 Ghosts or 5 Zombie available for their respective matches 80% of the time. Ane the other 20% the other squad fills in. It seems like nearer 50% just now so an extra bod per squad would help. No need to over board though.
