Condor 2 The Complete Soaring Simulator

Hi,

I want to let you all know about a flight simulator I have started to use.
It is called Condor 2. Condor is a  soaring simulator and has been around for many years. In 2018 they released a new version with better graphics, weather and stuff like that. They also support VR headsets now.

The big thing about Condor is not just that it is a flight simulator, but it also is a multiplayer soaring racing simulator.
There is a big community and servers running 24/7. Several championships are currently running and they also have casual races like the daily Tchin-Tchin race at 1730 with usually 40 people on one server. Every day at 2015 there usually are a race. I run Eurobattle on mondays and Tchin-Tchin (fun) whenever I can. There even is possibility and championships for team racing.
There is Teamspeak servers where you can talk to other people while racing. Condor Club is a site where you can download tasks (tracks) and upload your results if you run them offline.

Condor comes with some planes and one can also buy additional planes, but sceneries are available mostly for free. Several UK sceneries are available. As well as Norway, Denmark. France, Italy, USA and many more. The server can be run as standalone or directly from the game. One can even use 3rd party server management applications. The program is still 32 bit and does not need a gaming computer to run.

If you are interested in flying this is very addictive and highly recommended.
