Drop any games that you think would work well for the community game nights in here.

Ideally these should be cheap or free, easy to pick up play, and support a decent number of players. Bonus points for getting to lie and stab your mates in the back. :D

Is a great looking game with great reviews from members but we can only play it in 4s right now sadly but if we can ever do a server with just us lot we will all jump on it I am sure ! It would be an amazing laugh

"Do you know what an artist and a sniper have in common? Details. Like when a touch of color is out of place. When a shadow does not match with its surroundings. Or when a shape is not where it is supposed to be. The only difference is the stakes. Mine are higher." - Glaz

These ad-hoc evenings won't fit a schedule per se, I don't think. One week it could fall on Saturday, one week Wednesday, one week none at all, and so on. That means the odd one might fall on a Sunday, if whoever is keen to organise it is free then.

'Protected' game nights haven't been a thing for a long time, and ultimately people will play what they want to play. I don't think any game can claim a specific night at the expense of other activities, as this realistically doesn't reflect the gaming behaviour in the community - we have people doing different things at different times and we shouldn't try to restrict this, it simply doesn't work.

Changing up when we plan some ad-hoc nights like this aims to reflect this, and let as many people attend as possible over time. It also means that many nights won't fall on Sundays, so those that want to play ArmA and attend these evenings will be able to do so the vast majority of the time.

I follow now. I misinterpreted what you meant. Oh well.

I dunno if it'd be any use, in the Destiny 2 clan I'm in on discord we have a bot that allows you to set times/dates for events & people can add themselves to it, it'll give you reminders about the events & other such stuff too, the one we use is for Destiny only, but I know there are other ones for multiple games, I know the chan has the dmw bot in, but I no clue what it does.

found one for an example - https://top.gg/bot/616754792965865495

Ah, fair enough Puff! I see what you thought I meant by this thread, sorry it wasn't clearer!

Rizzy that looks great! Will look into it a bit more but from a quick glance it looks ideal for this sort of thing, thanks for sharing.

just seen that red storm rising 2:vietnam is on sale on steam at 80%off at 4.74GBP. Could be a really good cheap game for the next wan event

I came into this world with nothing,
through careful management I\'ve got most of it left.

Hmm, from what I remember we tried to get this going recently and there wasn't much interest...

However I do thoroughly enjoy these games so, always happy to play if people are keen this time around!

For a fiver I reckon its worth a pickup.
