Well, after a long wait here are the details for Dead Men Walking LAN V.
Please note that we have 40 places and these will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Members of dMw's Bravo, Charlie & Delta Companies are hereby given advance notice of the event.
Alpha Company members will not be able to see this thread or book places at the LAN for a further 7 days, so please do not mention it in the open 'Alpha' forum until Tuesday 24th February

Note: Almost everyone turns up on the Friday between lunchtime and early evening to have a great social eating & drinking session. Gaming then continues into the small hours. Turning up on Friday is highly recommended!

Details:

Dates: Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th April 2004
Venue: The Olde Griffin Hotel, March, Cambridgeshire
Times: The LAN venue opens at 12.00pm on Friday lunchtime and the LAN will finish at 5.00pm on Sunday 25th April.
Costs: For the venue - Â£15 per head for the 3 days
Costs: B&B room prices Â£39 for a double, Â£39 for a twin room (ie Â£19.50 per person), Â£25 for the sole single room.
Room Availability: 1 x Single; 12 x Double; 7 x Twin & a Family Room (2 x singles and 1 x double)

PLEASE BOOK YOUR OWN ACCOMODATION DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL - CALL THEM NOW!

When the Griffin is fully booked you will need to book into the Oliver Cromwell or a B&B etc. Details are posted in the separate accomodation thread in this topic.

Amongst other things the LAN will feature:

- a list of officially supported games
- organised competitions
- official LAN Admins
- late night gaming
- Steak Night meal @ The Griffin on Friday evening
- Saturday night meal @ the Chinese

Doggers has replied to this thread already, but has not yet realised that it is not on view to anyone other than forum Admins yet as the post is still in draft! :lol: Oh well, the response counts anyway, a place is reserved for you DM. I will make this thread visible to Bravo & Charlie Company tomorrow night by which time I will have edited in the confirmed costs etc. Alpha Company get to see the post one week after that.

Book up now peeps, so, whilst I'm at it:
