tryed to get on at 5:30 and the update box say's sorry try l8r so i checked out steam's home page news and found this

well that aint good enough is it ........... surley they can maintain it while still runnin or do it at a godforsaken time like while normal people r at work......those guys at steam ought to come and work with me  for a few days ..show them wot work is all about :frusty:  :rant:

Same here. Not getting any files. Maybe a night of no CS. Benny, got something to do?  :whistle:

Actually they did but it is at US workhours. 9 a.m. PST is workhours for most americans ... steam being american based it is quite natural it is done according to their timetable.

Then they should make a Euroserver aswell. Why do those pesky Americans only think about themselves.  :( I'm up for some CS. Now I'll play XIII again.
