First i want to say this will be not a happy post.

Once again in my life there is something going on that doesn't make me happy at all.
When i was in cigs i already had some probs with my health but now it is going bad.

I'm currently typing this while i don't feel a thing. That is because i had some pain killers to stop the pain that i feel.

Second of all.

I want to thank you all for the fun games etc.
Now don't think that i'm leaving because i am not leaving (yet)
I make this post because it isn't sure what is going on with me.
So if it goes wrong then this thread is there already. And if everything is going k then i will reply that with a happy smilie

I dunno what to say aout what i have because we don't know what it is or how or why it is going on. The only thing i can say is that is my back with great pain shocks. I never had something like this before and if it is going to continue then i'll go to the hospital. We are very scared about what is going on with me so that is why i make this thread because dMw is a part of my live and you all should know what is going on with your members (friends) even about this Dutch guy.

I hope to make a reply here soon (a good one) If i can't do it then one of my parents will do it with the info about what is going on with me.
But i will not think about that i am hoping and thinking about a good thing that everythings comes k. But how things look now it isn't going that way. But we will never give up

So again thnx for everything and hope to continue this after some days.

I was away from our servers for quite a few weeks with back pain - agonising pain in the spine and shoulders which would move around and hit different areas at different times. If I sat still for a while I would be in tears when I finally tried to move the pain would be so severe in my lower spine. I went to a physiotherapist (coz doctors know sod all about backs) and she referred me to a specialist that she knew. She said he was a complete genious at this sort of thing and she could guarantee that he would fix me up.

Anyway, I went for the first visit and if she had told me what it was going to be like before I went then I wouldn't have gone. It was far too much like incense and joss sticks for my liking (not that he used incense or joss sticks it was just that the whole thing was very transcendental). I braved it through the first visit; he did the usual question and answer session to find out a bit about me, and then I lay on the treatment couch and he sat at the head of the table, put his hands under my head, and sat there for 20 minutes (I kid you not). When he finished I was in just as much agony as I was when he started and he actually had to help me get up off the treatment couch because I couldn't move. £35 later and I left swearing that I would not be back to the quack!

Now here's the funny bit... next morning I had negligible pain in my back and could move freely!!! Go figure!  I have been back for several sessions and it is getting better all the time.

I truly hope that it will be of some use to you - it is helping me tremendously - I still have bad days but they are getting fewer - all the Docs could suggest was Diazepam (a tranquilizer with addictive tendencies) or operations (which are notoriously unsuccesful) and I didn't fancy either of those options. The important thing to remember is that you can and will get better - you just have to find what works for you.

My wife works in a Physio department and she says that several of the Physios that work there visit this guy when they have problems. He has even cured one of them from having Migraines!

Well i have to wait untill this day ends to see if it goes over by it self or if i really need to visit a doctor.

I have some good luck that i have some good parents that knw what they are doing to me.  Normally i know what to do but this time i didn't so i called my parents that they have to come home as quickly as possible because things wern't going very well. And my 2 sisters didn't knew what to do.

My dad did something to my back (dunno how to say that in english) and after that things started to feel better. I had 2 pain killers and 1 other thing.

Things started to go well (because i didn't felt much)
After an hour or 2 sleeping everything felt a bit k. I still had and have the pain.
But i could move and sit again without dropping down because of the pain. Now things are starting to get a bit worse again.
But i'll see what happens.

I hope that i can do some work tomorrow but that will be hoping. It doesn't see and feel that i'm going anywhere for a few days.

But i am doing stuff what i may not do (like typing this message) i have to rest etc. But i need to do something because it is so boring doing nothing and i feel so unsure because my family needs to do most things for me and i don't like that i don't like it that they see me the way i'm now. I want to take care of my self but i just can't number 2 in the family

And for peter. This time it is not RSI i don't have probs with my arms.
(Het is alleen mijn rug en erge hoofdpijn)

I'm going to take a good rest again because the pain is comming up again and i hope to feel a bit better tomorrow and i will post a message tomorrow again with how things are going on that time.

BB, we have a few of those guys up here aswell. I went to see one a while ago aswell. The dude was a bit weird. By moving your hand above your knee or so he could just lock it or just make sure you can't move it. I was like, wow weird but it did help (I got a kick once on the knee, like a karatekick). Now it's okay although it gets anoyed from time to time.

Good suggestion. Haven't thought of that in a while.

By the way Menno I can strongly advise that sitting at a PC is not good for your back when it is like this. Suggest going for walks and avoiding PC for a while - I know it is a bummer but if it helps it heal faster

walking makes it only worse.

I am behind the pc only for 5 a 10 min.

Then it is back to bed or going downstairs so that if something happens my parents can react quickly.

But most of the time i'm in my bed listening to music to kill the time.

But walking and sitting a time is not good that makes the pain only worse a bit strange but it is the way it is at this moment.

And now i'm off to bed to get a good night sleep (i hope)

and i will see how things are going.

(for the people who think you go to bed this early it is 22:06 over here :blink: )
