Had one or two head to head with there returns department tbh,they charge to check faulty goods,even when found to be faulty I was still charged. <_< Eventually had to get tradeing standards involved when they returned to me faulty goods I had sent back(ultraviolet marker ).They have good service delivery wise and keen priceing(except memory ) but rmas are a nightmare imo.  :whistle:
