Trust this topic to appear the day I got my 9800pro. Oh well - if I'd got the same model from these people it would have saved me four whole pennies (I paid £159.99, they have it for £159.95). :)

Had one or two head to head with there returns department tbh,they charge to check faulty goods,even when found to be faulty I was still charged. <_< Eventually had to get tradeing standards involved when they returned to me faulty goods I had sent back(ultraviolet marker ;) ).They have good service delivery wise and keen priceing(except memory ;) ) but rmas are a nightmare imo.  :whistle:
