We ought to add that to the Essential Deadmen files on the website as a priority.  Stryker, can you arrange that please? Thanks in advance.

As far as what we do with the maps now, my suggestion would be:

(1) We change the joining console script to give notice that from Friday 13th September we will have new maps on MH that will be tested in normal rotation.  That way nobody can moan that they don't have them (cos they sure won't have noticed this thread).
(2) We email the MH PCS Membership list (need DM & Stryker's help here) to advise that a new map pack is on the website and needs downloading by Friday 13th September so that peeps can join a 2 week trial.
(3) We put the new maps into rotation from 13th September for a 2 week trial.
(4) Towards the end of the trial we email the MH PCS Membership list again with the current map rotation list AND ask peeps to vote on each individual map in a 5 day Forum Poll as to whether a map should become part of the normal rotation or be put into Room 101.  
(5) Whilst the map vote is going on we need to run a simultaneous poll to see which maps are voted OUT of the rotation (assuming we can get 20 Poll options into the Forum that is).  If 3 of the 6 new maps get voted in, then the top 3 maps for being voted out are gone, etc.

That's what I would do, but then I'm just a jumped up fastidious bureaucrat so what would I know  :wink:
