Let's add deep6 can we?  Seems to be general support for it and if UKTMF have the map as well then 90% of our regulars will have it too.  Yes?

Add all the maps you like, the more the merrier i reckon. Personally i think we should be addressing why meathook has been so quiet recently   :cry:

It could have been quiet for a number of reasons.  Here are some of them:

 :idea: 3 nights out of 7 the server pw is changed to allow praccy or matches.  We have been playing quite a few matches recently (and I know that the praccies have only just started but...).  This will put people off if when they do come to the server they are locked out.  

:idea: We could shift our games to HG rather than MH.  I know that we allegedly had lag problems with HG for matches, but it might be worth re-examining which server to use for matches and praccy.

 :idea: We have been getting a real batty wapping recently in our premier leagure matches - this puts people off CS for a while.  Soft tissue injuries take some time to heal and I am sure that this has put people off a little.  Hence they haven't played as much as they might otherwise have done.

 :idea: We haven't really pushed MH in the newsgroups recently.  A playing population will change with time and like N42 has found, we constantly need to refresh the membership of the 'club' and keep a level of interest in MH going.  Why not target a series of UK PCS stylee posts mentioning MH in the NGs?  We might get some more registered members then and numbers on the server will start to come up again.

 :idea: Why not start a series of promotion nights like some other good PCS communities currently do?  I get a couple of emails a month with invites to special nights......if we build our own mailing list from people who have registered an interest in UK PCS from the NGs then we could use it to distribute invites to some fun or exotic map nights.

I can spread some word over the Blueyonder admin forums if you like, filters out some of the muppets from the public forums I spose...

OK. Let's think about this.

Would it be better to put a temporary map rotation on the server that just contains the new maps and play-test them for, say, a week?

Or pick a day to play-test the map-pack?
