Forum Downtime and Game Server Update

We will be moving the forums and the dMw website to their new home sometime Wednesday. There will be some unavoidable downtime associated with the move but once the DNS servers have caught up then it should be business as usual although there may be a very pleasant performance improvement :)
make use of the backup forum if the withdrawal symptoms are starting to bite ;)


The transfer of the gaming servers is likely to happen this coming weekend (not confirmed as yet). However, the current servers will be switched off for good on Saturday morning. Kinda sad, innit? :(

Hope it goes nice and smoothly. It'll be sad to see the end of the crosswired era but I won't be glad to see the back of the lag.

I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Webby and forum will now be moving tomorrow.

Server confirmed as going in the rack this Saturday :)

And the name .... BlackadderII  :narnar:

BlackadderIII will not be too long in coming either, I predict ;)

Our CZ server finally gets a name ... Razer

And, in the hope that CS:Source becomes an enjoyable multi-player, our CS:S server is ... Boomer

New IP addresses to follow soon. :D
