Ahh that was brilliant just need to be able to change maps and restrict all to gravity guns :)

As it's deathmatch does it need to be passworded?

Imho no. It could be good just to attract people. Even though DM is not what TCS is all about we might bring some lost souls to salvation.

I'd say yes.  Anyone on the look out for a public DM server is *not* going to fit in.   The only bit that is fun on that server is speaking to the peeps who killed you and vice versa.  The leap from HL2DM is far further than any TCS Conversion Course could handle.

hows everyone thats not got broadband handling it. In my servers window i can get normal puings (for me) of about 60+. But as soon as im in game with hudreds of objects flying around its rockets to 200+.

TeaLeaf

I found the whole experience laggy.  And I'll not be doing it again.

Yeah, it was a laugh! I think everybody enjoyed my backflip :(

It's an interesting diverson but I can't see how it fits with a TCS community. The maps are too small for any kind of serious team play.

I did wonder if we could adapt the game so we could play some gravity gun football. The ability to catch an object fired at you with a gravity gun with your own gravity gun set me thinking. Two teams with gravity guns shoot a uniquely identifiable piece of junk around. The two cars at either end of the map could be goals. All other junk is off limits and any firing guns is forbidden. Sort of like UT2004 Fottball? It might be a laugh?

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.
