As per usual could those who give "no" votes please follow up with an explanation so we can boil you in oil? :)

I have only seen him a couple of times on the server

I voted no.

Although I have no doubt he will get in eventually, he's just a bit too 'new' in my eyes.

Get the stove on, that was me. Bring back invitational recruitment I say. They sign up, see what appears to them to be a 'we are recruiting' section and think 'Oh good, I can be in a clan' I, like you lot were invited to join and bloody well honoured I was too! In fact Squ0nk and I both waited on tenterhooks wondering if we'd make it. Now it's 'I want in, now!'
Early morning rant over. <_<

Morning Ron :D

must admit I felt the same as you regarding the invite (very flattered when I got a push from OB saying hurry up and apply you tart!) but I suppose in those days when you joined you were effectively joining Charlie as there was no Bravo - anybody who registered was effectively in Alpha.

I think people should apply for Bravo but I would like to see Charlie be more like the previous times - instead of people applying when they want we would send an invite to those we think worthy and ask if they want to apply.

Elitist? Yup

Do I have a problem with that? No

Don't know.

How many times do we have trouble raising teams?
How many people are complaining because they can't get a match?

Squonk

How big do we want it to get?
do we vote peeps in just to get numbers up?
are 3 teams enough?

so many questions

What colour are Squonks eyes?
Does OB wear a dress at weekends?

Yup, your right, so many questions :)

That was the point I hoped everyone would quickly grasp.  It's an easy concept that's been suggested, but when you make changes to any structure there's usually another corner of the building where some fresh cracks appear.  So it all comes down to how often you like plastering ;)
