Tournament Maps

Unless I can come up with anything better in the mean time, this tournament will have a distinctly CPL flavour to it as the following maps have been selected.

Round 1:
All matches will be played on de_cpl_strike

Semi-Finals
The Semi-Finals will be played on de_cpl_fire

Finals
The Finals will be played on de_cpl_mill

Please can all competitors make sure they have download all of these maps ASAP.  They will be added to the MeatHook rotation shortly should anyone want to try them out.

Oke for some reason the steam folder that i use to put my maps into has gone! I may be wrong but did they do away with it and incorporate a similar file into steams sructure so maps could not be downloaded from a site and then pasted into the folder. Is it just my folders or is eeryones like this?

I've taken the liberty of changing your link TL as this one doesn't require registration.

de_cpl_strike It does add the extra effort of scrolling down till you find it though.

Thanks Doorman - I have to say I had not used that link I posted as I already have the maps on my system, so thanks for trying it!  I'll try to get the maps onto MeatHook when I get home tonight.

That would be good. I was actually thinking of Baldric as we don't have any scheduled matches until the new year.

Just remember that my server can only host 8 people cause my ISP is stingy with the uplink speed

Obviously CS:S server is now offline.

I'm away tomorrow till after xmas so I'll just leave things running (RCON password hasn't changed on my server)

Baldric is now runnning just these 3 maps in rotation for those who wish to check that they have the same version as the server (there are several versions knocking around).  I have edited all url links in this thread to point to the same url as the one where I downloaded the files for the server.  You can save yourself the scrolling by simply pressing CTRL-F and searching for de_cpl - you'll find all three files right there
