How the fek am I supposed to ask the opposition if they're ready to start a match when I'm killed by one of my own team at spawn? It's tough enough as it is trying to talk to the server/opposition without this added and unnecessary obstacle.

Let's cut this out now before it becomes the norm.

Tis a fair point - it did get a little OTT last night - I blame the 20 minute wait.  But apologies anyway OB, we'll not do it next time......
