Hello to my brothers with funny accents!

Been a while since I've been over here...  Just dropping in to say hello and to have a look around.  You guys are doing well, it appears!  Glad to see it.  There needs to be more places like ours for playing real CS.

I also wanted to let you know about a new site that Apophis has started:  www.TacticalConflict.com.

It's running some fancy shmancy web software that lets clans/teams organize and track matches.  I'd really like to see dMw represented there.  If your community is anything like ours, then you'll have to throw together a team (or 6...).  No big deal, but we'd like to see some friendly competition!

I need to stop in here more often...

Yeah, Source is the only type of CS that TacticalGamer is playing...   I'm still hanging around, helping to admin the game, but I'm really waiting for Battlefield2.  That's going to be the next big game.  Bigger than Half Life, I think.

Anyone here excited about BF2?  I know you guys have really stuck with the old CS...

Anyway, yeah, if you guys have a louder shouter that wants to head over to TacticalConflict, that would be cool.  There are still a few bugs to work out over there, but I sure would like to see dMw involved there!  We know you guys play the game the right way!

BTW, our CounterStrike Game Officer talks funny like you guys!  I think he played here for a while until you stopped playing CS: Source?  His name is Root and he's a really great guy.  He has a great handle on PCS and is doing good things in our little community.  If you guys trained him for us, I thank you very much!

And I think alot of people are waiting for BF2. I saw some amazing screenshots and movies allready. Should be good.

I've asked Apophis to change the name of our style of play to match yours.  We play pretty much the same way, but we call it Professional CS and you call it Tactical CS.  I think TCS is a more accurate description (not having to put up with "but that's not how they play in CAL and they play for money!" comments would be priceless) and goes better with the new name of our community.  He wants permission from dMw before he starts using TCS, though.  I don't know if he's contacted dMw leadership or not...  He's been busy...  Whatever it's called, though, it's certainly the way to play!

And judging from the number of people that have preordered BF2, I think it's going to be immensely popular.  I hope it's not a bug-ridden POS...

I've played on their publicserver last night a bit and I must say that it was some pretty GG's. PCS=TCS according to me.
