Can't find the server?

Is there a problem with the BF2 server? I can't see it in the server list and can't connect to it via the IP address, 82.197.65.246:16567. Any smarty-pants out there who can help me?  :unsure:

And I wasn't use the port number just specifying it before someone said 'But you need to use the correct port'  :narnar:

just do a server search for "dead" on the multiplayer screen...then choose deadmen.

it's a lot easier than typing in the ip each time
