new nVidia driver released with support for 7800GS (it seems to be a rework of 81.98 driver but as that driver was basically really god it'll be worth trying this.

At the last LAN me and Armitage had a little snipe out from oppoisite sides of a map. Sadly I couldnt see him but he could see me. Next LAN im gonna be seeing all

As soon as i can find another fan that fits I'll be changing it. One problem is that my case is quite "open" so sound escapes quite easily. Without the headphones the sound is awful, with headphones (Plantronics 90) the sound is muted but I can still detect it. in short, the fan is a screamer. Hopefully yours will be quiet and I'll RMA mine as having a dodgy fan.

I'm still waiting on a response from Zalman/Arctic Cooling/Scan as to possible 7800GS cooling solutions.

At the moment we dont have an estimated date from the suppliers as to the availablility of these cards at present.

Indications at the moment suggest that we should have further stock hopefully at the end of the month.

I'm going to investigate this possibility when I get home. Hopefully this will mean I don't have to buy a new fan
