No pedals? Or do most people not use those?

BTW: I've often wondered. If you've got a gearstick like that can you block-shift? I mean can it jump you straight from 5th to 3rd or similar, or does the car on the computer actually make 2 gear changes in quick succession if you try that with the gearstick?

Mal: Define interesting...
Wash: Oh god, oh god, we\'re all going to die?

I used to have an Act Labs RS and you could jump straight from 5th to 3rd - sometimes used to lunch the gear box though  :D  Not sure about the wheels - I liked the fact this wheel is made with better quality materials, ie leather

Depends on the game. GTL supports direct shifting. You assign a key to each gear, and the gear controller then presses that key.

Deetz

:dribble:

I saw and am very tempted. If you will be able to get them ouside of the states that is. The USA website has info on the new wheel but not the UK one. (I havent checked other country sites.)

....and hope the pedals are good enough.

 :D
dMrDeetz is currently :

Dewey

It won't be released in the US or Europe until later in the year.

Will this give Oldies Mini a new lease of life with six gears!!  ;)
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Nah, Rons are the real deal, and his pedals alone probably cost about 3 times what this will sell for.  8)

This may be interesting for some. I've read about it before and it looks to be a solid piece of kit. Very nearly Scotsman proof!
