It's been doomed for yonks. As I understand F1, you're given a set of parameters within which you build the best car possible. But that was in the days before Ecclestone when it was a sport and not specifically an entertainment. :angry:

AUSTRALIAN Formula One racer Mark Webber has been seriously injured when he was hit by a car while competing in his multisport challenge in Tasmania.
