I don't see a problem with having several people bringing along a whisky of choice and us doing a little tasting.

That is the list price. I think I paid, in customs, around £150.

I have a bottle I got as a gift which I'll bring along. Not really my thing, someone else might like it, but that is up for grabs if we do a test as Pen says :)

Penfold

Oh, that's a bargain then :roflmao:

It was worth it. When employed again I will buy me another :) Last one lasted about a year.

Penfold

Ahh if it last for a year then that's not too bad. Mine tends to last for the weekend

QuoteTasting notes

Undiluted:
Nose: Lavender with citrus fruit notes. Some malty, cereal aromas present.
Palate: Sweet, floral and dry grass flavours. A spicy, liquorice note develops.

With water:
Nose: Cereal and hessian with hints of spices. A delicate sweetness - milk chocolate.
Palate: Sweet and spicy - hints of cedar wood. The floral notes slowly emerge.
