Hi all,

Thought i'd make a tutorial up for each of the survivor maps.

This is wholly typed by myself, so don't forget to say thankyou :)

Most of the levels are pretty easy but a few need to be completed in a certain way to progress further than silver.

Any comments or additions most welcomed.

I have reserved four posts below, each is for a campaign in case they over run the character limit so its currently work in progress at least for a day or so :)

Key tips

Tanks in pairs come between 3-4 and 5-7 minutes with sometimes as late as 8.30.

There is always a lull between 9-9.30 minutes perfect for ammo and reloading

When using auto shotgun always reload whilst fighting.

Make sure the suto shotgun has a full clip before the tank arrives

You can reload whilst whacking then when you hear the clip go in flip back to your gun and away you go.

Free item mollys etc.

Utilize these to your advantage keep molly and pipes till pass 4- 7 minutes.

Any canisters/ Jerry cans burn within the first 1-2 minutes for effectiveness or as the first tank arrives.

Generator Room

Pistols only except tanks

This one's pretty easy.

Downstairs is a no go due to the confined space.

Grab your ammo, shotgun and a molly.

(all team take auto shotgun)

To hold for around 6-7 minutes downstairs is possible. However, for times above 8 minutes you will need to go upstairs.

The best strategy for this is to set of the crescendo with two team members holding onto the jerry cans or leave them below. Crouch at the shutters put your back to them hold the back button whilst crouching around around 20-30 seconds maybe even 15 the shutters will allow you to go upstairs, whilst defending with pistols only. Continue forward and stay at the left hand balcony still using pistols. All team members must use pistols until tanks's arrive and then be able to first molly them and then.

Tanks may glitch on the boxes and stop make sure to shoot them until dead. All members must stay between the posts that are protected by a barrier otherwise a team member being pulled off is a pain.

Once molly's are depleted grab a pipe from the right hand side which are actually unlimited for around 4-5 pipes per pipe i have found on numerous occasions.

Thats pretty much it 10-12mins easily achievable via this method.

Tanks come mainly from below sometimes from the grating to the left but mainly climb the generator box below the balcony.

Best strategy is to have two to bat off hunters and smokers one to watch left grating and lower left and one to watch right hand side and stairs.

Gas Station

This ones tricky.

Right off the bat you will again need to do the pistols only trick.

All team grab auto shotgun again and one pipe 3 mollys (preferably).

Crowd round the platform and jump on.

Crescondo begins and you will need to run across the roof.

Send the pipe to your left and break the window drop down the hole

Hold out in this room.

Pistols only and shotguns when tanks arrive.

Drop out the window when lull's occur for supplies and thats pretty much it don't group up and have one in each corner


Hospital

This is one that we have demonstrated many times.

use pistols for main horde and auto shotgun for tanks

All grab shotgun head back down the corridor break down the operating rooms door and swap all the pipe bombs out for mollys.

Hold the room with mollys being sent out when and if required.

Two to the left two to the right of the room to spilt the tanks mind as to who to approach.

Heal and use pipes to grab ammo and supplies.

Rooftop

This ones incredibly hard.

Infact the only way i have been able to do it is to sit on top and survive with everyone back to back. Shotguns do work but its alot harder.

Best combat situation is to try to utilize your items and not use them until past 4-7 minutes

Drains

Again pistols need to be used and supplies used sparingly.

Go up to the switch and either hold on the small walkway which has barriers or back into the corner closest to the switch.

Auto shotguns are preferred but as your close to supplies pistols don't necessarily need to be used

Watch out for the flames from the switch and make sure to use mollys carefully as the tank with drop into the water to prevent it burning.

Church

This one had me foxed for ages. Inside is a death trap and so was sitting on the ammo however if you hide behind the pair of benches outside you can easily get gold.

Smokers will spawn close to the spire of the church and tanks will normally come from the far right or from the left.

Pistols must be used with auto shotguns or 3 +1 m4 but all in all its pretty easy. Make sure the tank is down before it reaches the benches and your sorted.

Street

This one again is difficult the best scenario is to all tank shotguns or have a 2+2 m4 split and hold our to the far left fence. 3 watching the street and one watching behind for smokers and hunters aswell as tanks.

Use a sniper scope or m4 to pick of the tanks avoid the cars both sides that can be hurtled towards you and thats about it.

Molly and pipe when needed.

make sure you pick up the items near to the forklift actually further onto the barrier as you will not be able to get here later on.

When there are lul's grab ammo as and when needed.

Boathouse

Theres a way to get on the house to miss the full crescdeno but the best holdouts are either to hold in the house or drop into the water after each wave or tank. As the hunters are unable to pounch making them siting ducks. The far bottom left or frar bottom right on the walkway is best as you are able to drop into the water when needed.

m4s/ auto shotguns needed no pistols as your on supplies/ ammo.

Crane

This ones simply impossible. Unless you all sit back to back and hold the cage. Its necessary to save all freebies aslong as you can. 2 can go in the crane but be careful of the tanks ability to whack you off the platform all together.

Auto shotguns are needed aswell as pistols as your not able to go back very often to get any ammo or even health. Watch out from smokers from the far right apartment aswell as from the far left platform.

Remember the tank needs to be dead beofre it enters the cage.



Construction Site

Any of the platforms are suicide.

The only way to hold onto this one until around 10 minutes is to go below the main platform. each person in the team needs to wedge themselves into a nook beside the posts to prevent being dragged out. Any smokers usually hide in the building to the left. All the team need auto shotguns/ pistols and use only use shotguns when the tank comes in. Try and kill the tank before he gets into the cage as i call it.

Supply runs are very crucial but you need to time them right. Use mollys early on (3-7 minutes) and save pipes for crucial runs or to clear the cage to help a teamate up.

You need 4 players up to 8.30 minutes to survive the full 10 minutes.



The terminal

Again pistols and shotgun with the counter beint the best spot to hold out. Two behing the counter and two to the left to spilt the tank again. Ammo runs are essential but easily timed as its a wide space and you can see whats coming. Try and get far away items early on such as those down the right hand side before using the ones on the counter or at the supplies. And thats about it.

tanks should be down before they reach the counter or at least one tank.

Runway

The hardest one imho.

Hold out either near to the ammo or in one of the far distant corners. You can get on top of the plane, but thats too difficult and too time costly.

It's better to hold out where you can collect ammo and supplies such as the walkway carosel to the right of the spawn point above and shoot down or in the back right hand corner.Ammo needs to be limited and use pistols when you don't need to use a gun

Warehouse

All group up grab shotguns and jerry can's only with mollys.

No pipe bombs needed.

Sound the alarm run straight ahead and hold at the top of the stairs.

Use pistols until tanks and shotguns when tanks arrive.

Two watch the stairs two watch the right tanks will come from below or from the right and avaoid smokers from below.

Ammo / health can't be reached so help each other and use what free supplies you have.

remember to be organized early as once you go through the fire exit there is no going back.



Bridge

The bridge is only feasible at either the far point to the left where you will need to do the pistols/ shogun procedure or in the supplies room.

If you hold out here save ammo as usual and have one in each corner. Hopefully tanks won't pick on the same person twice makde sure there is 1 or two ontop of the boxes of the room and use free supplies and replenishment's wisely.

Farmhouse

This ones easy honest.

Grab a shotgun and molly and head over to the top of the farmhouse.

Make a pile of jerry cans and drop them when needed into the bit below the first level and light them to kill tanks.

Smokers will comes from the left up the stairs sometimes 3 consecutively so watch the smoke.

Two players to hold the right side of the division two to hold the left and stairs. Use mollys from table as and when need but not too early on as they are not needed

Finally the lighthouse.

Now this one is brutal.

Ok theres two options you can either hold out on top of the light which is very fluky and was easier before the barriers were breakable or you can hold in the main living room/ kitchen one in each corner use freebies to set off a cascade of fire and thats about it.

Pistols/ shotguns and pipes aren't much use make sure to utilize everything far away before you use goodies near to you.

Nice one.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.
