BF3 server is not showing in battlelog. Duvel can't restart the server either. Can anyone please assist?

As we are a private server, I don't think we're likely to have anybody trying to cheat, therefore, I'd be extremely grateful if Whitey could change it to see if it allows Browne et al to play.

Unfortunately I spoke too soon about this being fixed, Browne is still suffering, and the thread in the link says that some people are still getting the problem.
So, it'd be good to try the fix mentioned above to see if it works.

Not sure if someone else has already changed it but I just checked it is already set to 16.

Seems it was reset to 16 in the latest patch.
however, this hasn't helped Browne.
I was re-reading the thread I linked above and Rowdy C made a post about 5 days ago explaining what he has found out.
It's all a bit beyond my comprehension, but I'm sure if you had a quick look you'd know what he's on about and get a better idea of what can be done.

From reading that thread it sounds like Browne needs a better internet connection. 16 should be a good value and is a compromise for people with poorer connections. I'd suggest playing with the value while Browne is on the server (you can do it using HLSW). See what it looks like when set to 0 and 36. The effects are described in the thread. If you find something that works (if you decide you want it changed) then let me know what to and I'll put it in the config.

On the Console tab, enter the command in the box on the bottom of the window, for example
"sv_maxusrcmdprocessticks 36" and then click "Send". It will reset back to 16 on map change.

Any chance someone could upload those maps please?
EDIT: I've just checked and we aren't able to change to the workshop maps. I'm guessing that this is because we opted not to use them after we had problems.
In that case, can we just have de_meteora http://csgo.gamebanana.com/maps/172620
I don't know if worshop maps have ironed out the problem we had, (whatever that was) can you remember?

I've installed de_meteora_b3 but unless you want to go back to running the Workshop maps (with the issues that brought) then I'm not sure how we would get the others working.

I can't remember exactly what the issues were, but if it's a problem, I'll find another way round it.
If I dl a workshop map and save it as a normal map, will that work?

I think the main issue was that you couldn't change the map from HLSW or using Sourcemod, you had to just play the order set.

If the map is just the map file then it should work by copying the map file from the workshop folder but most maps come with other resources.

Can't join the server when de_meteora is running.
getting the error "missing map maps/ de_meteora.bsp"
It starts to download then pops the message.
I don't know if it just me or not, but I'll ask someone else to try it later.

Meanwhile, Boomer's fallen over and needs a hand.
No hurry.
