My Friday night has gone all FUBAR so I'm home alone. I might jump on about 8pm for a few hours if anyone else is as sad as me on a party night.

I don't need Arma, I can take it or leave it, I'm not bothered, it's not a problem. So it's Friday and I played last night. I could go out or something, only I don't want to.

OK OK I need it, I need Arma. Gotta get my hit, just for an hour, maybe two. Then I'll be fine. Just give me a little of what I need. Just a quick shot of Apache goodness or some Blackhawk sugar....... Mk 17......... M107 white hot scope..... MAAAAAAAWS.

2 Highlights for me, for which I apologise to Oldie...

Oldie leading, Lib and I up a hill whilst Oldie and crew are a little pinned down. A distraction I think, so I line up four satchels to cause a distraction, and in my hurry select 'touch off' instead of the next option '30 seconds'. Boom. Bits. It's ok, Lib can pick me up, only Arma isn't so forgiving, it bugs leaving Lib on an enemy hill with me lying across his shoulders with no option to drop me. Funnily we both seemed to collapse in a heap.

Sulky comes in and gets us (thanks Sulks) so we point him at a BMP that is ready to steal on the hill. I'd found out earlier that once you start the engine it rolls backward down the hill no matter what, brakes knackered...it was parked on the edge of the steep bit more by fluke on my part than judgement. 'Go on Sulks, nick it, it's fine, a little banged up but still works'. I've not laughed as much as that in a long time as it rolled gracefully down the hill, with Sulks in it.

Oldie, I salute your patience, I lost all form at that point.

It's Friday again and still not an ArmA night, so I'll be kicking about from about 8pm. Might do a bit of work on my map too.

Yep should be about, but I'm working in Reading (probably) and the trip back on a Friday evening is not a good one so ETA 7.30pm - 9.30pm !!!
