RGW Raid Openings - Applications Wanted

It is likely we'll have some spots opening up in the healer and ranged dps camp for RGW imminently. We're keen to see DMR members progressing where they want to do so and these openings in the RGW raid group might well provide the opportunities wanted.

If you are interested in raiding with RGW in a ranged dps or healer role, please post your application in the Recruitment section of the forums as soon as possible so that it can be considered alongside any other applications.

Tis generally just a ranged DPS at moment (although a 3 melee group last night was amazing for rylo and bale

No vladic, TL is right, healer and ranged. and we might actually need a new tank aswell, DK would be nice(with the priority of sundays).

i think we should look at what we have first. the ones we have need to respond to their invites (doing this after the invites has started is not good enough) apparently we have 5 tanks in RGW. Looking at attendance, were only 3 in reality. I agree we need another ranged, preferrably a hunter

The post was made after extended discussions about what we already have, attendance, what we know is happening in the future for some members and what we anticipate will happen. It wasn't a random post for the hell of it with no forethought Vlad, it was for non-raiders to get the opportunity to apply to raid if they wanted to do so.

apologies was just stating what i thought is all, its a shame claiire isnt playing anymore as she wuda been awsome ranged even if wuda ment having 2 mages she has the skills (probably cause he she spends all her time doing hardcore achievment runs) and agree with arctic DK tank be awsome simply due to there diffrent skill set from the others

and a sunday tank would be nice, as long as i dont have to sit out during my 2 weekday runs due to it/him/her

bad news bro, you will ofcourse, rotation and rotation:P

OT: the current think holding us down to 3 days per week is Tanks, need 2(Pala and DK would be awesome). Ranged(warlock, Hunter, Shadow Priest) and in the future, probably, Healer(s)(priest,Shaman). Melee seems oke for now.

as i mentioned earlier today, as were nicely covered on tanks monday and wednesday, is it worth having one our regulars building a tanking offspec? recruiting a tank to only raid sundays will result in him/her getting behind on gear, or it will increase the rotating which were alrdy doing quite a lot of.
