This is a threat that I ain't happy to start but I know we need it more people join ark and more dinos are tamed. This is a thread to let people know if dinos have died. If the owner isn't on or it's just you / you just logged on and no one else is one then you get that death messages this is the place to put the message so that the owner can see that sadly his dino has died and please say how it died.

Sadly this has already happen. riven the eagle lvl 61 ( I think ) has died, they had been killed by a carno and sadly I didn't see it and ain't sure what actually happen to the bird. I am very sorry to be the bearer of bad news but riven has fallen.

oldie your lvl 2 dino died after an ai attacked near it...my lvl 25 (nice guy eddie) died when i went to get a drop..i died too...but revenge was mine..killed all the raptors when i went back to get my kit

There should be a log of all Tribe Dinos killed, not sure where you access it, probably somewhere in the Tribe menu.

There is but easy to see if you post on here, let's us know what happening and most of us even me don't check the tribe log

Yea agreed, I never said not to post in here.

The log is useful if you have a missing dino and you can check to see if it's died. The chances are your dinos will die when no one is around or down to your own misadventure

Sorry I couldn't of done anything to help her I was way from the base building my base and am only a low level with a few dilos I went up to see if I could see what happened but couldn't see much out of the ordinary up at base

Rogue I think some (all?) of your dinos got murdered by a sarco last night. I wasn't there (in game) and not sure if others managed to get there in time to save any.

The beach does get the odd sarco or 2 so might be worth you building a pen of some kind (or tame a sarco for defence ).

Also not sure if they fought back? Others might be able to fill you in.

Thanks Jamoe for letting me know I will head on after work to see the carnage, I think a few were on passive which was a very stupid idea of me but I was taking things yesterday so I should of changed them back, hopefully my bird is alive at least. Thanks again for the info

your dinos were attacked and by the time we got there they were dead, paddy made it before us and killed the perp, as he managed it easily i think your dinos were attacking but didnt do enough damage. I managed to get your saddle, paddy knows where it is (left hand box out of 4  paddy), on the bright side the feeding box has some meat in it :flirty:

I will throw this idea out there, but by all means it is up to you guys

I was thinking of building a big village wall around the main keeps, with a few towers and large gates?

Let me know what you guys think, I'm easy either way

I take it that when a player joins the server the wild dinos are spawned in his vicinity. Will they not spawn within the proposed wall?
