Guys is the server still live and up to date?

albert

Pretty sure it was taken down a few years ago, since it wasn't being used. So probably a lot has changed and even re-activating and updating it will lead to problems.

I'd be interested in a clen start of Conan. The battle aspect and wide ranging exploration are what differentiates it from Ark and kept me interested for longer.

As I can currently aware the server is done and like Albert said been down for a while now. Might be a good idea to see what the games look like. If it doesn’t take to long to put a server up and not to much effort then I would like to go back and get some thralls. It was a good game with a good lot of crafting and fighting was good in it

i only played on launch.  but looks like they have added a lot of pve content

sulky_uk

the server Gods still have all the save game files for a couple of years ago, if there is enough interest then its worth asking them

I came into this world with nothing,
through careful management I\'ve got most of it left.

I think they completely rebuilt the fighting controls and they've added taming and rising creatures. I recall Pen's place being well stocked with, well slaves aplenty.

Scantily-clad dancing girls actually and yes, it was Jas which built a chair and sat by the podium watching them gyrate for most of one night as I recall. :lmfao:

Server-wise, we still have the files.

If there's enough interest I'm sure we can spin it up - I guess the only request is that we only do it if people are interested. We spun up Empyrion again recently on request which took a fair bit of time due to the various updates and no one went on it.

I'm up for playing,  So that's one :)

I'd gladly take a holiday in Hyborea!? I think that was the name of the nation?

Is the list of updates.....

I have to admit I got as far as

[h=3]DEBAUCHERIES OF DERKETO PACK IS NOW AVAILABLE[/h]
Surrender to your baser desires of lust and excess through the Debaucheries of Derketo Pack. Build your own tavern with a host of new placeables. Let it overflow with drink, play games or craft a stage for seductive dancers and entertainers.

And that got me sold. :norty:

With the Genasis part 2 on delay I would be quiet happy to get on this weather or not we want to run it now or save it for the winter months ? Enjoyed the game play of it last time and would be very interested in seeing what the updated game is like :)

Just my 2cents,

Main reason this game died off (of sorts) was lack of end game content, and completing the quest line "sets you free" and you come back in as a level 1 - no carry on bonuses or such. (Sorry for spoilers)

I know they have introduced quite a lot of new things, pets/mounts a plethora of themed skins and buildings for example.

As for dungeons, there has been a new one added and a few more world bosses (anyone remember the huge spider?)

Not against spinning it up if other wish to, the building aspect of the game was really good, fighting was decent (not just button mashing), but I was seriously disheartened with the game when I found out what completing the game actually did. [emoji2369]

If we spin it up, the easiest way would be to wipe the server and start afresh.

Is anyone adverse to starting again?

Nope. A fresh start is good for me.
