Lego Fender Stratocaster from the better half. Booze, booze, and a bit more booze from others. Also snaffled Deathloop and Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge (VR) with some cash sent over from the family. :yahoo:
Cheers, Bert

Just some cash for me this year.

And before anyone tells me it's the worst present ever, I actually asked for this!

Also I got an authentic Miskatonic University Hoodie (you'll either understand or won't :eyebrow: ) and the usual Xmas socks and bits and bobs.

Hope you all got what you wanted from Santa

Yeah :) We actually bought it back in October and have managed to do about three sessions a week. Hopefully we'll stick with it.
The Lego looks very cool (I Googled it).

The good thing about bikes is the fact you can just go easy on them and eat breakfast, read, watch a TV show, and just the motion of keeping the legs moving can burn fat and keep your legs in good shape. Doesn't have to be all out every day.

Katie spoiled me with a kit to mount all my stuff in the garage on these beautiful slate like boards with a sort of French cleat system for attaching hooks and other bits for all tools / hardware etc!
She also got me The Enneads by Plotinus which I can't wait to sink my teeth into!

Got some Rum, some new trainers, some rum, few new joggers, some rum. My daughters each got me a personalised pint glass and coffee mug. Really good xmas, hope yours was too.

On the Exercise bike note, I got one mid last year and like Albert says, I decided I spent so much dead time sat on my arse watching YT I was going to do that on the bike. Worked a treat.

Got lots of tools and bits for my Myford - as starting a workshop build end of January, so will finally be able to use it properly so that was nice. Got given GraviTrax to stop me playing with my daughter's marble run. Few other bits and pieces, my Christmas Lagavulin from the wife etc, so yeah did well on the presents front. Not so well with the in-laws but hey, wouldn't be Christmas without a punch up!

looked at one of those, ended up with this - mainly for my uni work and the amount of notes I take

I have used the Rocketbook Core (mine is the earlier Everlast) for a few years based on a recommendation by Albert. An extremely useful bit of kit if you want a cheap way to grab notes and scribbles and seamlessly upload them to the cloud.
