Counter-Strike / CS:GO buy scripts
June 09, 2019, 01:20:07 AM
Hi, I haven't played in a while (10 years cough cough), and i was wondering if you still needed buy scripts, and if so where to get them?

Been a while since i've had a pc and keen not to download anything without a recomendation behind it.

Cheers

I was wondering if anyone from DMW had played and what they thought of it. The format feels perhaps a little to long form, compared to the style of play with BF and CS.

However it also requires a tonne of teamwork, which i've always thought of DMW being excellent at.

Walk on fee for various sites can vary between £25 and £45. That includes ammo, face protection (compulsory if your a walkon) and a gun (AEG). The ammo will last the full day (3000 rounds). Its worth going to an army surplus and getting some cammo trousers and shirt, standard green type.

I've managed to find my self playing with a private club that mirrors the ethos we have here on dMw. Team play and honesty. If you want more information then let me know. As a day out its a lot of fun.

Hi,
Thought i'd share something i got into that was a direct result of playing on DMW. Airsoft! I've always enjoyed physical activities and a friend got me into it, so whilst i've missed playing on here, i've been shooting the s$$t up for as close to real as i care to get! Still awesome to be back and i've now got CS:GO which is just awesome!

It's my Birthday! / Whisky

Next time i'll remember not to be either playing games or asleep when you get the whiskeys out :-( It's not quite the same joining in when you all half cut :lmfao:. i have to say, what little of the whiskey i did have certainly helped with my cold :crying:

Either way, The Aberlour (10yr single malt) is quite nice, not to sharp on the tongue, though what sharpness there is lingers. Good warm glow of a feeling after you've had a little, warms you right through. Not amazing or anything to speak off compared to others i've had, but not bad for only £16 a bottle.

I'd describes the others i have but i've finished them :narnar:, (10yr Macallan).

Good racing, malts and company:D

Tasted a few new (to me) spirits from Gandalf and the hotel manager and from Fatbob a very nice brandy. Very generous. Ninja provided a nice 16 yr old Lagavulin (not for the first time I hear) + an 18  Talisker and Oldie and Pen both provided a botle of talisker 10 year old. I did see FBG with an Aberlour late last night but he escaped with it unsullied.

Enjoyed meeting old and new Deadmen and had a great time.:D

Thanks to all who organised the LAN and roll on XVI

P.S Whitey also supplied a wonderful 12 year old Glenfiddich
P.P.S The mists are slowly clearing from the memory.

Yeah, no one wanted any after they'd poslished off half the talisker and others you'd had out  I drank some of it though. I'll bring some more next time.

p.s. Great to be back, and had a great time to boot.
p.p.s. Big Thanks to Suicidal_Monkey and BrotherTobious for the lift up from London. And Also to Sheepy for lending his floor for the night (And no i didn't have a sore ass in the morning !)
P.P.P.S: Oh and a big thanks to Fat Bob for his £80 round of drinks at the end of the night! It was a loverly Courvesoir ?brandy?

Call of Duty / CoD4 Voice Setup
April 25, 2009, 07:53:43 PM
My voide comms work fine in CSS, they work in windows, i can hear myself. Eveything works ok except COD4.

In the menu options, voice comms is on, i get absolutely no option to change the mic level, i get absolutely no feed back what so ever that anything is happening whan i talk in to the mic.

It's plugged in,
it works in everything apart from COD4

i'm totally......off

Took me till 11pm to install, dam my machine wouldn't behave. I still can't get my mic to work!!! gah. My computer won't let me set the mic boost, or at least it will set it, but then reset it every time i view the panel to set it.

Anyway, hopefully all will be fine for the lan.
